Sibongile Surrender Osayande
President & Executive Director
Sibongile Osayande serves as the President and Executive Director of Canadian Community Impact (CCI), bringing over 15 years of experience in customer service, client advocacy, and people-centered support across telecommunications, HR and payroll services, and community-focused organizations. She holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and certifications in Working with People in the Social Sector and Customer Care. Sibongile began her career with Vodacom in South Africa and later worked with Sage HR and Payroll as a Product Advisor before joining Alight Solutions as a Customer Care Representative. She now leads CCI full-time, with a strong focus on ethical leadership, organizational governance, stakeholder engagement, and advancing the organization’s mission through sustainable community programs.
Ekram Ali
Vice President
Ekram Ali serves as the Vice President of Canadian Community Impact, bringing experience in healthcare assistance, childcare, and community service. She is trained as a Nurse Aide, CPR certified, and educated in early childhood assistance and medical interpretation. Ekram contributes a compassionate, safety-focused perspective to the Board, supporting CCI’s mission to serve individuals and families with dignity and care.
Yesnah Durgadoo
Secretary
Yesnah Durgadoo serves as Secretary of Canadian Community Impact (CCI), bringing over 10 years of experience in bilingual customer service and banking operations. Fluent in English and French, she contributes strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills in support of CCI’s governance and mission.
Djouly Dorcil
Treasurer
Djouly Dorcil is the Treasurer of Canadian Community Impact, with a background in International Business Administration and experience at Amex Canada and Pearson Airport. She is committed to responsible financial leadership and community empowerment.

Michael Ramlal is a dedicated logistics professional and board member at Canadian Community Impact, bringing over a decade of experience in warehouse management, supply chain operations, and delivery coordination. Passionate about efficiency, safety, and community service, he ensures seamless operations while supporting programs that positively impact the communities the organization serves.
Jenille Leigertwoodl
Board Member
Born and raised in St. Vincent and the Grenadin. Her journey led her to Canada, where she pursued new opportunities and personal growth. Professionally, Jenille worked with St. Regis Group as a Production Supervisor, gaining firsthand experience in leadership, teamwork, and perseverance. These experiences shaped her strong work ethic and ability to adapt in fast-paced environments. Outside of work, Jenille finds joy in cooking and baking, a passion that allows her to express creativity and share warmth with others.
